Terms of use – bichimoly
  • Note: “Detectives” refers to our non-professional listeners. They are senior psychology students (and above) with basic helping skills, supervised by qualified professionals.
  • A. FOR SERVICE USERS

    • Honesty and openness: Share information truthfully and express emotions clearly so the “detective” can understand and support you effectively.
    • Autonomy: You may pause or end participation at any time.
    • Respect for “detectives”:
      • Understand that “detectives” can’t decide for you or resolve everything in one session; change takes time and you hold the key.
      • Do not ask for tasks beyond their support role.
      • Respect agreed rules (session time, confidentiality, contact method, etc.).
      • Avoid offensive, threatening, manipulative, or pressuring language.
      • Do not seek contact outside working hours or pursue personal relationships beyond the support framework without explicit mutual consent.
    • Age requirement: Bichimoly accepts users 16+ only.
    • Session duration: Each session lasts 45–60 minutes. If more support is needed, you and the “detective” can discuss continuing.
  • IMPORTANT NOTES

    • Outcomes depend on cooperation, openness, and active engagement from both parties.

  • B. FOR “DETECTIVES” (SUPPORT PROVIDERS)

    • Confidentiality
