Note: “Detectives” is our internal term for non-professional listeners. Our team consists of senior psychology students (and above) with foundational listening and support skills, working under qualified supervision.

A. Commitments When Using the Service

1. Sincerity and Openness

Share honestly and express your emotions clearly so the “Detective” can accompany you effectively.

2. Autonomy

You may pause or end your participation at any time.

3. Respect for the “Detective”

To ensure effective support, please:
Understand that the “Detective” does not make decisions for you; change takes time and must come from your own initiative.
Do not request support during rest hours.
Make the most of your scheduled time or communicate flexibly and effectively.
Avoid offensive language, threats, harassment, or manipulation.
Do not arrange private meetings outside of established sessions unless clearly agreed upon.

4. Age Requirement

Bichimoly accepts users aged 16 and above.

5. Support Duration

Each session lasts 45–60 minutes to ensure energy and quality. After that, both sides may discuss continuation if needed.

Important Notes

Results depend on the cooperation, openness, and initiative of both parties.
This activity does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and cannot replace professional healthcare intervention. It is also non-commercial.
All procedures and responsibilities are communicated transparently to avoid misunderstandings or deception.
Please provide accurate information; we are not responsible for any consequences arising from false data.

B. For “Detectives” (Supporters)

Core responsibilities to ensure safety and quality of support:

1. Confidentiality

Information between the “Detective” and the user is kept confidential, except when:

There is a risk of harm to oneself or others.
Requested by law or relevant authorities.
Cases involving minors at risk of abuse, violence, school dropout, or emergencies requiring intervention.

Within the project, only directly involved parties have access to necessary information:

“Detectives”: to provide listening and support.
Project management & supervisors: to ensure safety and evaluate service quality.
Technical team: only when needed for maintenance, updates, or troubleshooting.

All parties must demonstrate their commitment to not disclosing data to third parties.

2. Listening and Appropriate Response

No diagnosis, prediction, judgment, or imposition is allowed.

3. Respect and Acceptance

No discrimination or prejudice; unconditional acceptance (not equivalent to agreement) is required.

4. No Exploitation

No establishment of private, emotional, dependent, or exploitative relationships of any kind.

5. Focus on the Supported Individual

No “one-size-fits-all” approach; adapt to each individual case.
Do not overshare personal stories.
Withdraw emotionally when necessary.
Facilitate the client’s self-exploration, decision-making, and autonomy.

6. Consultation & Professional Supervision

Regularly update, train, and participate in professional evaluations.

7. Protecting the Rights of the Supported Individual

Remind and stop inappropriate content, avoid overstepping authority, and ensure secure data handling.

8. Referral

If a case exceeds capacity, discuss connecting to appropriate resources or refer to a professional organization.

If any rights are violated, please contact TTLT immediately for support.

C. Privacy Policy & Website Terms of Use

TTLT may update its terms; you should check periodically for any changes that may affect you.

1. Account Activation & Browser Information

Users are the owners of their accounts and agree to the terms; you are responsible for keeping your password secure.

TTLT may record certain information to ensure system security and optimize user experience, including:
